Youth Engagement
We provide programmatic, community-wide Transformative SEL support to educators and students on campuses across California. We blend exciting SEL lessons with high-energy games, Restorative Justice community-building circles, and interactive role-playing activities. We circulate around the entire community, building relationships between students, educators, support staff, and families.
Afterschool & Nonprofit Support
We provide Transformative SEL programming and academic mentorship to students in afterschool programs, nonprofits, and community-based organizations. We show youth how to channel their energy and exercise their agency through positive outlets, such as community circles, games, and interactive role-playing activities. We support civic engagement, college readiness, and entrepreneurship.

Professional Learning & Development
We lead professional learning and development with educators. We cover the 5 focal constructs of Transformative SEL. We guide educators through core SEL practices designed to help them build strong and healthy relationships with students. We show them how to conduct one-on-one check-ins, how to customize community-building circles, and how to lead interactive role-playing activities.
RJ & SEL Consulting
We provide specialized Consulting for administrators and support staff. We train team members to conduct Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 Restorative Practices, including victim-offender conferencing, peacemaking circles, and re-entry circles. We advise them on how to utilize their existing resources so everyone on campus works in tandem. We give educators the training they need to support students with evidence-based tools that positively impact mental health, including mindfulness, breathwork, and journaling exercises.
